Our 2009 / 10 season opens with Arthur Miller's All My Sons, directed for the Billingham Players by Nola Dutton.

In All My Sons, Arthur Miller examines the American dream (something which was to lead to him being questioned for un-American activities). The play is based on a true story, of a woman who informed the authorities of her father's activities selling faulty parts to the U.S. military.

We join Joe Keller and what remains of his family, in the summer of 1947. Joe has to come to terms with his own wartime profiteering, and the effects this has had on his family.
