We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 7th September at 7.30pm at the Theatre Upstairs.
Papers have been sent out via post and email including the Chairman’s Report, the Treasurer’s Report and an important reference document regarding our proposal to change from a registered charity to a CIO: Charitable Incorporated Organisation. Please let us know if you did not receive the above information and you are a paid member via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to make the switch, we need 25% of our members to agree to the proposal. We will be very grateful if you can attend the meeting either in person or virtually via Zoom.
